With our well-developed strong network and tie-ups with developers and builders, we can guide you through this. We help you to get the perfect location in the right area which suits your needs and stays within your budget. When you shortlist a site, we can do a test fit-out for you so that you can have a better overview that where will be the rooms and how the site will look when it’s done. We create a 2D layout for that area in order to make it easier for you to visualize the future site before it’s built.

After the site selection, we help you with the site design which is a step further to the finalization of modern design by our team, we make sure it fulfills all your requirements. The functionality of the design is always our priority with the aim to bring you the best possible office out of it.

Once, the design is fixed we step ahead to make the design alive, by building it. We never compromise on the quality and ensure the dream of your new office is satisfied as per your needs and requirements. We take the responsibility to provide you your dream office which you always wanted to have. Our work consists of the civil interior, electrical, HVAC, modular furniture, UPS, server setup, CCTV cameras, automation systems, and anything else that adds value to your new office calibrated with the latest available technology.

Once the office is constructed and you have moved in, we give you complimentary maintenance for one year. We make sure the look and feel of the office are as like it is new. If you want to extend the contract we can also do so by taking an annual package from us. Having an AMC helps you save money and make your budgeting easier. It also helps you to focus on other things by leaving the maintenance to the Pros.
